PULL BAR / PLATE / CROSS

The small bar’s solid metal build and diamond-cut knurling give an incredibly secure grip, even with sweaty hands. I’ve been using it for dead hangs daily and love how sturdy it feels.

The diamond-cut cross knurling on this thing is seriously grippy, way better than the smooth bar I had before. Picked up the medium 260mm for lat pull work and it fits my hands perfectly without shredding my palms.

Bought the 360mm for my home gym and the solid metal has zero flex even when I'm pulling hard. That diamond-cut knurling is aggressive enough to grip without shredding my palms, which was my worry with cheaper bars.
