The diamond-cut knurling on the handle feels almost sculptural in hand, and the pan heats so evenly that my scrambled eggs came out perfect on the first try. It's heavy in a reassuring way, not unwieldy. The hand-refined finish makes it look as good hanging on the wall as it does on the stove.
